Bonjour. My name is Annick.

Baking for me was at first an escape until it became a true passion.

From being an amateur baker for my family and my friends, who by the way were very supportive and critical, I then discovered that pâtisserie is something I truly adore.

I then decided to make a career change to study at Le Cordon Bleu in London, which allowed me to become a professional pastry chef.

Baking brings me joy, happiness and excitement. It is so rewarding. It allows me to be creative and adventurous combining flavours. What I love the most is to cook from the heart, share my experience and my work with others.
